Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar data protection laws, you have specific rights regarding your personal data. This page explains those rights and how to exercise them.
Right to Access
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. This includes your account information, challenge history, activity data, and payment records.
Right to Rectification
If any of your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction. You can update most of your information directly in your account settings, or contact us for assistance.
Right to Erasure
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. When you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to retain.
Note: If you have an active challenge, you must wait until it ends or cancel it before deleting your account.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Upon request, we will provide your data as a JSON file that you can download.
